Day 14 of Blogtoberfest - Free Motion Flowers.

I went for the flowers. First I practiced on this.

Then I practiced on this....

And then went for the real thing.

Ooh, I like it! I've never been bold enough to try any real "shapes" with my free-motion quilting, but now I feel like I should give it a go!

I love how it turn out. I really need to start on the pansy panto which I did very well during my first ever FMQ lesson. Must be courageous.

Fantastic Helen. You did a great job. I must do some more FMQ practice. With three comfort quilts to make before the end of November, I might actually have to do some!

Love the flowers! Once I get the hang of FMQ, this is definitely something I want to try.
