I have finished the top the
EBDQS #3. It is a simple design but graphic and fresh with a twist, whatever that means! I have altered the colours again.

Now to quilt it. I don't know whether to go something fancy. Bit of stipple then a flower?

Or something like
Louise did on the beautiful dolls quilt she made me. Wavy straight lines?
Which would you prefer swapee?

ummmmmm...knowing your swappee I'd say the flowers...if your up for it!
I am looking for ways on incorporating yellow fabrics for a quilt I'm making for a long time friend. Problem is I have difficult getting any yellow fabrics - almost all I got swatches from friends. Looking like combining with green will be the thing to be.
Definitely the flowers - the curviness of the design is a great foil for the straight lines of the piecing.
Yeah, I agree - go the flowers!
Oh as usual it's lovely.
Where did you get the white background, I am looking for some tone on tone.
Well, it's fresh and spring-like so I vote flowers too...
wow its gorgeous - I would go the flowere too - I think it would contrast the square blocks beautifully.

I like the wavey straight lines. Beautiful blocks!
Lovely lil gals too!
The flowers, definately, that would look great. The block you "showed" on looks a tad bluegreen to me and if it would have been the colours all over then I guess the waves could have looked a bit watery but I still would have felt that it would have ruined it a bit since that would mess up your perfect blocks of total harmony. I love that they are so perfect, I often have personal taste problems with the wonky trend and totally admire straight lines.
