Deers on Cyan and Orange!

See the little white deer on the cyan background and also the same print in an orange? I have wanted to sew something with this fabric for ages! It's "cutesy woodland folk" which is so not my usual style! So I decided to incorporate it into one of these wonky bento boxes which I have done before with success.

The result was this baby quilt which I finished the binding on this week.

The back was fun to complete as much as the front. A great way to use up those scraps made from cutting the front blocks.

Did my standard up and down texture. Now I have my new thread quilting is a breeze. It is already wrapped up for it's new home.

I like everything about this quilt - the pattern, the colors, the fabric, and the quilting. Beautiful!

Helen, you know how I love that orange and blue color combo! It's beautiful, and the back is just as front-worthy! Great quilt!
